It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert “Bob” Higgs announces his sudden passing on November 11th, 2024 at the age of 65. Cherished and loving partner of Joanne Oram (nee Campbell). He will be missed by his mother Alessandra Higgs (nee Di Cicco). Proud father of Emily Higgs and Gena Barbee Becker. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Jayna Oberlin, aunt Mary Swan and his uncle John Di Cicco.
