Jamie Mitchell
Peacefully at home on November 28, 2022, surrounded by his children, siblings, and mom, Jamie Mitchell passed away at the age of 46 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jamie was the proud father and best-friend of Brooke and Andrew (Celeste) Mitchell. Survived by his mom Sue MacFadden (John). Jamie is also survived by his siblings Sherry (Dan) McNeill, Heather (Darryl) Harris, Eric (Melissa) MacFadden, and Charlie and Roy Rachar. Predeceased by his dad Eric MacFadden. Jamie is survived by his nieces and nephews Ashley, Brent, Amanda, Courtney, Skylar, Evan, Jordyn, Eric, Carson, and Cooper. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Jamie will be dearly missed by his treasured Frenchie, Cali “Smushy” Mitchell.
Jamie was always going on adventures and putting many miles on his truck usually with his co-pilot Brooke by his side. He was an avid golfer in the summer and enjoyed skiing in the winter. Jamie was well known for his classic one-liners. He was always a helping hand to everyone he knew. His neighbourhood will truly miss the best snowblower on the block.
A Celebration of Life will be held at CARADOC SANDS GOLF COURSE on Sunday December 4th, 2022, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Jamie’s family would like to extend an open invitation to anyone who would like to drop by and celebrate Jamie’s incredible life.
