Obituary of Hendrika Veens

VEENS Peacefully, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, December 23rd, 2005. Hendrika Marie Veens of Arkona in her 73rd year. Hendrika will be sadly missed by her loving husband Bert. Predeceased by her father William Peters and her mother Johanna (Lamers). Lovingly remembered by her children Hank and Mary Veens, Anne and Bill Trenouth, Ina and Dan Harrigan, Billy and Carrie Veens, Geraldine and Rick McLeod, Bert and Rita Veens, Rick and Carol Veens, Patty and Randy Widdup, Ted Veens, John and Sandra Veens and Mike Veens. Loving Grandma of 35 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary and Bert Centen, Wilma Veens, Henry and Jacoba Peters, Joe Peters, Irene and Gerry Veens, Tony and Mary Peters, Bert and Liz Peters, Andy and Geraldine Peters and Joanne and Terry Shephard. Predeceased by her granddaughter Teresa Trenouth (1980) and her nephew William Peters (1976). Friends were received at the Harper Funeral Home, 232 Warwick St. Watford on Tuesday, December 28, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral mass was celebrated on Wednesday at 11 am at Our Lady Help of Christians church, Watford. Father Richard Saldanha celebrant. Interment Watford Catholic cemetery.
