Obituary of Winnifred Rogers

On Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Winnifred May Rogers of Forest age 89. Born in Abercynon Wales on January 11th, 1922. Married to Alf Rogers who died in 1997. Survived by children Pauline MacLean (Ted Carthy) of Kincardine Ontario and Philip Rogers (Cis) of Halifax Nova Scotia and by two grandchildren; Roderick (Aline) of Brampton and Christine (Matt) of New Brunswick. Also survived by three great grandchildren; Carys, Ashley and Zoe. Sadly missed by her sisters Olwen (Mrs. Ben Bellamy) of Orangeville and Irene (Mrs. Bert Milton) of Forest. Visitation will be held at the FOREST CHAPEL of DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS (9 James St. South) on Friday, July 1st, 2011 from 7-9pm with Funeral Service on Saturday, July 2nd at 11am.
