James Brown posted a condolence

My sincere condolences to all the Brown family for this enormous loss. I was shocked to learn of this through searching online. I can remember the many times my dad and mom would take John and I over to uncle Bill & aunt Ann's place for visits; when we were children. Ann will be missed by all who knew her.

Our thoughts are with you, Bill and family, as you progress through this difficult period of your lives. Losing such a close family member requires a special strength to endure. All who know you realize that your family has always had this strength, and that, even with an important member now missing, the rest will go on successfully into the future with Ann remaining in your fond memories. Gone does not mean forgotten! Our condolences, Mary & Garry McNeil

Dear Gramma: There was so much I wanted to talk to you about, but never got the chance.. And now sadly the chance of ever doing that has been taken away.. I am sorry you were suffering for so long:( I am relieved that your suffering is over. I pray that the family heals from such a great loss as you. There are memories that will never be forgotten. The ones especially of camping as Mom stated. Those were special and cherished times that will and have lived on in our hearts. I always remembered coming to your house and going to the desk just around the corner from the kitchen, you always had different colors of pads of paper. The little ones. For some reason that sticks with me.. I know you are at Peace now and I thank the Lord for that. You will be missed by us all. Your children, grand-children, and their children, your Great grand-children. Sadly some of which never got the chance to meet you. I will tell Kaylea all about you as the years go on. Gramma you are sadly missed, but never forgotten.. Forever in all of our Hearts. I love you, may you rest in Peace. xoxox

Dear Bill, Bob, Jean, Lisa and Derek: We are so sorry for your loss. Both Kristie and I have many fond memories of the times spent together in Watford and in particular our camping trips to Ipperwash. I always remember Ann and Bill pulling into the campsite with the car loaded down with enough food and supplies to last a month or more. Although many years have pasted since those days, the memories remain and are treasured. Ann was a wonderful, loving woman who welcomed us into her home and her life with open arms. Our thoughts are with you.

To our dear baseball/Alvinston Indians fans/friends Derek and Bill:We cannot properly express our sadness during this sorrowful loss of your beloved Ann. We are grateful and give thanks to God for happier and healthier days, to remember her energetic soul of past years. We cannot forget her humour, her wit,her mischievious and radiant smile, and her comradery as she followed her Bill(like royalty protocol) to so many sports events in their lives. This Dolbear family is still visible at all community sporting events and celebrations. We have a home video and a wonderful memory, for instance, when the local Alvinston Indians won the World Championship in 2002. After the home town program had opened their program to honor this community team, your Ann followed her Bill into the auditorium and partook of a banquet and celebration that even led Bill to the podium to elaborate on the past successes of Alvinston baseball.Ann was a beautiful dark haired vibrant person and now God has raised her up on eagle's wings to celebrate her life in the "Palm of His hand". She will be laughing again and in so much better health as she lives in Eternity! May God surround you all with his big supportive arms as you grieve this loss of your beloved. Families are Forever.....Pat and Norm Triest.
