Obituary of Dale Peters

Suddenly, on Sunday, October 31st, 2010. Dale Allen Peters of Rodney and formerly of East Springfield, Pennsylvania in his 65th year. Loving husband of Judy (Rogers), father of Trisha Pearson (Devin) of Rodney and Amy Peters (Niels Rock) of England and grandfather of Noah and Nathaniel. Dale is survived by his mother Betty Peters of East Springfield, Pennsylvania, his brother Ron (Connie) Peters, sisters Linda (Tom) DeSantis and Kathy (Mike) Lucero, sister-in-law Joyce (Dale) Sherman and brother-in-law Ron (Chris) Rogers all of Pennsylvania. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dale was an agronomist who taught at Ridgetown College and a valued member of the Calvary United Church, Rodney where he sang in the choir for thirty years. Friends may call at the Rodney Chapel of Denning Funeral Directors, 212 Furnival Rd. on Thursday, November 4th, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted at the chapel on Friday at 11 am. Pastor R. Karn officiating. Interment Rodney cemetery.
