Obituary of Lorne Goodhand

Peacefully at Bluewater Health Services on Saturday, August 21, 2010. Born November 16, 1924, Lorne Goodhand passed away. Beloved husband of Ebba (Larsen), the proud father of Gary (Judy) of Camlachie, Rick (Sarah Jane) of Forest, Sherry Anne Siddall (Terry) of Forest, Brenda Allen (Barry) of Airdrie, Alberta, and Craig (Cindy) of Sarnia. Loved grandfather of Warren, Cory, Lee Ann, Kevin, April, Christina, Jason, Gale, Paul, Terra, and Kyle. Great-grandfather of Kyla, Sausha, Mackenzie, Mason, Bryce, Avery, Owen, Krista and Jordyn. Predeceased by his parents Carroll and Marguerite Goodhand, and his siblings Velam, Almer, Edna, and Wilfred; survived by his brothers Murray, Arnold, and his sister Elda. Lorne was a World War II Veteran with the First Hussars, and proudly served his country as a tank gunner.
