Obituary of Shane Rhodes

Peacefully at his home in Watford on April 16th, 2009 in his 56th year. Shane "Dusty" Rhodes. Shane is survived by sisters Susan Rhodes (Mel Moffat), Janice Lasell and her son Ben Lasell. Fondly remembered by Jay and Bernice Rhodes and family of Chatham. Predeceased by parents Ted (1975) and Mary (1995). Shane was a proud associate member of the Watford Legion, Br #172 and had a 30 year career with the Ministry of Transportation. Visitation will be held at the Watford Chapel of DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Tuesday, April 21st, 2009 from 6:30-7:30pm with a Legion service at 7:45pm. Memorial Service will follow at 8pm. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 10am on Wednesday, April 22nd in the Catholic Section of Maple Leaf cemetery in Chatham. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy would be greatly appreciated by the family.
