Obituary of Bruce Paine

PAINE At Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Wednesday, December 31st, 2008. Bruce Eli Paine of Highgate in his 69th year. Bruce was a member of the Orford Fire Department, Highgate for 38 years, he was deputy chief, a backhoe operator for over 40 years and a member of the Rodney Legion Executive. Father of Kevin and his friend Janet and Kim Hartle. Bruce will be sadly missed by his dear friend Cathy Marsh. Survived by 4 brothers and three sisters. Predeceased by 1 brother. Friends may call at the Rodney Chapel, 212 Furnival Rd. on Friday, January 2nd, 2008 from 7-9 pm and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted from the chapel on Sunday at 2 pm. Rev. Brenda MacMain officiating. Interment Rodney cemetery.
