Kenneth Francis Wharram

Departed peacefully, embraced by the love of his family, at L.H.S.C. University Hospital, London, on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at the age of 87.  Beloved husband of Murdeena and the late Margaret (1995).  Loving father of the late Ronald (Valerie) Wharram (1989), Beverly (Leslie) Chortos, David (Betty) Wharram, the late Betty( Pat) Dibbley, the late Patty Dibbley (1965), Bob (Terry) Dibbley, Sherry (Brad) Stone, and Clint( Christine) Dibbley. Adored Grandfather to Nathan (Natasha) Chortos, Alex Chortos, Steven (McKenzee) Chortos, John Dibbley, Jesse Dibbley, BJ (Amanda) Stone, and Steven Stone.  His special joy was his great grandchildren Atlas Chortos aged 16 months, and Nyla Stone aged 1 month. 

Ken was a farmer, having lived on the farm in Romney Township all his life.  He was a community minded person who was proud of his role on Romney Township Council.

Ken valued his community and his friends, but he cherished and loved his family.

Friends and family will be received at DENNING’S OF WHEATLEY (519-825-7741), 17 Little Street South, on Monday, January 7th, 2019 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm, and again on Tuesday from 12 noon until the time of the Funeral Service at 1pm.
