Obituary of Riemie Bruinius

Peacefully at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, on Sunday, November 4th, 2018 Riemie Bruinius (nee Koiter) passed away at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Luke Bruinius (1994). She will be missed by her children, Rita (Allan) VanDerVliet, Grace (Doug) Antonides, Ken Bruinius (Maureen Marshall), and Anita (Ed) Vander, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Klaas Koiter, and sister-in-law Betty Koiter. Predeceased by her son Henry Bruinius (2008), and great grandson Jesse (2010). Family and friends will be received at DENNING’S OF CHATHAM (519-352-2390), 4 Victoria Avenue, on Tuesday, November 6th, 2018 from 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at First Christian Reformed Church, 25 Tweedsmuir Avenue East, Chatham, on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 at 11am.
