MOTTL: Wolfgang Joseph of Chatham, formerly of London
Peacefully, with family by his side, at Chatham Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018, Wolfgang Joseph Mottl passed away in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Joan Mottl (2014). Loving father of Lynn (Herb), Rick (Linda), Krysta (Dale), and Jacquie (Dave). Cherished grandpa to Lauren (Tomas), Laura (Mike), and Jenna (Chris). Great grandpa to Nicholas, Emma, and one on the way. Survived by his sister-in-law Fritzi (the late Felix), in Germany. Wolfgang was a very dedicated employee of Union Gas, and will be sadly missed by his Union Gas Family. Wolfgang had a life-long love of horses, and was a fine English rider and jumper.
The family would like to acknowledge and thank the Palliative Care Unit (4th Floor), as well as the Emergency Department at Chatham Kent Health Alliance for the care and compassion shown to our dad. Cremation has taken place, with private interment to follow in Siloam Cemetery. A Celebration of Wolfgang’s Life will be held at The Moose Lodge, 35 Charterhouse Crescent, London, on Saturday, October 27th, 2018 from 1 to 4pm.
