May you hear many great and funny stories as you celebrate Doug’s life. Although I can’t be with you today, please know that Doug has moved to that place in my heart and mind that is reserved for family and friends who are not here with us but forever live through us. He was a giant among us and most of us had no choice but to look up to him, which i did. May he have found peace and felt the love of his family and friends. Walking with my dogs in the Marsh is my ‘remembering’ time and Doug is now added to those memories.

This is sad news of Dougs passing. Doug worked with me when we had the hockey program. He was a great man putting his heart and soul into the program to help the program be successful. We would always try to have a couple of laughs about something. My sympathy goes out to the family, relatives and friends who knew Doug.
