Obituary of Lawanna Huscroft

Mary LAWANNA Huscroft (nee Jeffrey) died peacefully on April 26, 2018, with her family by her side. Lawanna was the beloved wife of Eric Huscroft (1983); beloved fiancée of Ron Boyer (2005); loving mother to Janis Huscroft (Ken Lutz) and Grant Huscroft (Tracy Shultis); extraordinary grandmother to Michael Blondeel and Eric Blondeel (fiancée Brittany McDougall); Hannah Huscroft and Emma Huscroft. Great-grandmother to Callie Root. Lawanna was the dearly loved sister of Harvey ‘Sonny’ Jeffrey (the late Joanne) and Wayne ‘Rocky’ Jeffrey (Florence). Aunt to Susan Jeffrey, Paul Jeffrey, Jennifer Cobb, Jim Jeffrey (Kim), Mark Jeffrey, and Todd Jeffrey (Lesli). She was a kind and generous soul, well loved by her family, many friends, Bell Canada co-workers, and the dogs she saved over the years. Hers was a life well lived, and she will be missed by her many loved ones. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF CHATHAM (519-352-2390), 4 Victoria Avenue, on Thursday, May 10^th, 2018 from 7 to 9pm. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Friday, May 11^th, 2018 at 11am, Rev. Canon Ted McCollum of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Beaverton officiating.
