Obituary of John Jongbloed

On April 16, 2018, after a short battle with cancer, the Lord in His infinite wisdom relieved John Jongbloed of all his earthly struggles and pain in his 71^st year. He is survived by his dear wife of 45 years, Ann and his beloved children Bryan and Karen Jongbloed, Kerri and Andrew Jans, Michelle and Allan Brouwer and Emily and Chad Laprise. He is treasured by his 16 grandchildren Hailey, Brayden, Joel, Kaitlyn, Sean, Caleb, Ethan and Alyvia Jongbloed; Jakob, Nathaneal and Mika Jans; Owen, Noah, Ezra and Eliot Brouwer and Faith Laprise. He is also survived by his sister Amy Jongbloed and brothers Dewey and Diane, Henry and Tammy and Albert and Tracy. Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF CHATHAM (519-352-2390), 4 Victoria Avenue, on Wednesday April 18^th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Eben-Ezer Canadian Reformed Church, 483 McNaughton Avenue East, Chatham, on April 19^th, at 11am with Rev. C. Bosch officiating.
