Obituary of Phyllis Barbara Jacobs

Surrounded by family at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus, on Sunday, April 8th, 2018 Phyllis Jacobs (nee Chesney) passed away at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Jacobs (2000). Cherished mother of Tim Jacobs, Johanne Beaurone, and Sandra Tucker. Dear Nana to Tim, Robert, Terry, Kevin, Melvin, Sarah, Jenny, and Amy. Phyllis will be remembered and missed by her several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF CHATHAM (519-352-2390).
