Dear family of Betty Segedin, I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. She will be missed by many family members as well as her friends in many places. I was born and raised at New Glasgow on the Cliff Waite apple farm. The Segedin and Van Breda families were very close. Betty's brother Jake was the best friend of my first husband, Joe Van Breda. Many memories are in my mind of all of the many wonderful times that we shared together.

So sorry to hear of Betty's passing. I grew up at New Glasgow, and lived beside Betty's sister Rosie. Betty and I became good friends. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed.
