So sorry for your loss Annette & family. Glad that we were able to visit you both on our last trip to Rodney. So many happy memories of you both. Deb remembers all of the piggy back rides from John. Always lots of laughter, especially when John & Red were together. We are going to miss a wonderful person.

I'm so very saddened to see that the Deyle family has lost a grandfather, father, husband, brother while the rest of the community will feel the loss of such a good man, a fun loving friend and neighbour a supportive co-worker. He taught my late husband, Conrad to weld, something Conrad always spoke very fondly about. We could stop by the Deyle home, always be welcomed in and enjoy many stories and endless laughter. John has left his earthly suffering behind and has moved the gathering heavenward. Keeping the family in prayer.

To John's family. From building bulk feed tanks to picking asparagas this was an incredible man. The things he has done for me in my life are too big to be realized. He did this for others as well. Apart from teaching me technical stuff he also taught me common sense and to think about the repercussions of my actions. This knowledge I have carried throughout my life and believe me it has made me a wealthy soul. The main thing John projected was humour. He was always happy and some times the big man would do his gay impression walking gingerly across the shop. Everyone would laugh except people who didn't know him. I could go on and on. He had a heart of gold and he shared it with everyone. My heart and love are with you John.
