Obituary of The Rev'd Fr. Tim Hill
HILL, THE REV'D TIMOTHY FRANK
After a lengthy struggle with pulmonary fibrosis, on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Bluewater Health Services, Sarnia. Timothy Frank Hill of Forest in his 70th year. Tim will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marilyn (nee James) of 40 years and by children Peter (Erin Binns) of Toronto and Erin (Allan) Bennetto of Deacon, ON, and by his grandson Holden Bennetto. Tim is survived by sister Darlene (Wally) Wellinghoff of Brevard, NC and by his brother David K. Hill (Cindy Carroll) of Calgary, AB. Predeceased by infant granddaughters Brooklyn and Madison, brothers Paul and Barry (Dorothy) Hill, parents Paul and Lily Hill and stepfather Norman Hobbs. Survived by father-in-law Albert James. Tim is remembered by step-siblings Norm (Ginny) Hobbs and Marj (Chuck) Irwin, and by sister-in-law Doris Hill. Tim will be missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins. Tim proudly served as priest in various parishes throughout the Anglican Diocese of Huron. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2nd, 2011 from 1-3pm at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS (9 James st. South) and from 7-9pm at ALL SAINTS' CHURCH (249 Hamilton Rd., London, ON). Funeral will take place at All Saints' Church on Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 at 11am with the Rt. Rev. Bob Bennett, Bishop of Huron and Archdeacon James R. Broadfoot officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
