My deepest sympathies and condolences to Mike, family and friends.
Ruth Ann was my neighbor for 30 years. She was always friendly, respectful and kind to me. I loved her homemade salsa and chats over the fence. Her love of Mike and her pets was always first.
I couldn't have asked for a nicer friend and neighbor than Ruth Anne. I will miss her dearly.
