Obituary of Gertrude Phyllis Wardle

Peacefully surrounded by her family at her home in Wardsville on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 Gertrude Phyllis Wardle (nee Morrison) passed away at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late Gordon Wardle. Beloved mother of the late Gordon “Bud”, Jamie (the late Deb), Jan (John) VanderGulik, Terry (Cheryl) and Mark (Denise). Survived by grandchildren Chad, Chantel (Jerry), Jenny (Steve), Amy, Ryan and great grandmother of Codi, Amber, Karly, Sammi, Tori, Owen, Paige and Nathan. Dear sister of Tina Fulmer, June Wardle and Frances Lutchin. Predeceased by siblings Jim, Margaret, Janet, Katherine, Rita, Bessie, Enabell and Eva. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday, October 23rd from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at DENNING’S OF RODNEY 519-785-0810 where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th at 2:00 pm with Reverend Charlotte Brown officiating.
