We were saddened to hear of your loss. Frank was always the gentleman and so soft spoken. I have many good memories of Frank and Helen at the Keyser's store just a walk or bike ride away. You will miss your Dad and Grandpa as will many others. With care and understanding.

To Frank's family:
We got to know Frank through my father, Jack McLachlan as they worked together first at East Williams Mutual. I know Dad really enjoyed working with Frank, and had a great career and relationship with him. He thought so much of Frank.
I remember visits to the Keyser store, and how cool that was as well.
Our condolences to you at this time of loss.

Our condolences to all the family for your loss. I spent many enjoyable moments with Frank while he was the manager of East Williams Mutual Insurance, and the odd coffee after he retired. Frank always said to me after a visit, "keep smiling". He was one of the few that kept his word, and was a person you could trust in the insurance world. He was a great business man and a better friend. Always had a smile and shot a pretty good golf game as well. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts are with you.
