Dear Lucy and family... To know Carl was to be a better person and we were deeply saddened to hear of his passing. Carl was a wonderful loving husband, father and grandfather who cared deeply for his family, friends, community and farming. He had a big heart and loved his cows, horses, dogs, sheep, pigs, yaks and the many other animals he cared for. How lucky Carl was to be able to live his whole life doing what he loved. We have many memories to embrace and we treasure all those special times we shared together with Carl. He was a dear friend and we will miss him greatly. Our love to you Lucy and all your family. How can I ever forget Carl? He and Lucy were there for me through thick and thin. Both gave me comfort. I had many delicious meals with the whole family.I loved visiting them, and will never forget the whole family. I will miss him, but I know that God will hold him in the palm of His hand. Sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Carl was a hard worker who loved to farm, and I believe he would not have been happy without the farm! I enjoyed all of my conversations with Carl, both at work and through the fire department, he cared deeply for everyone, he loved Warwick Township and never stopped working to improve it. He will be missed by many, including all of his Jack Russels' which he had with him whenever the truck left the yard!
