Obituary of Joseph Wouters

Peacefully at the Norman Site of Bluewater Health in Sarnia on Tuesday, April 30th, 2013. Joseph "Joe" Wouters of Forest at the age of 93. Joe is the loving husband of 65 years to Lisa Wouters. Joe will be dearly missed by his children Christine (John) Van Kessel, Lilly Wouters (Ron Young) and Eddy Wouters. Survived by his grandchildren Ryan (Krista) Van Kessel, Tara Van Kessel (Craig), Jessica Young and Shelby, Sheldon and Sylena Wouters. Joe is predeceased by his grandaughter Kelly Young. Survived by his sister Simone Van Hove (Frans) and by brothers and sisters-in-law Marcel Verreth (Emilia), Frank Deborger, August Jan Loy (Marg), Julienne Wouters, Louis Soetemans, Alfons (Maria) Ceulemans, Marcel Ceulemans and by sister-in-law Jose (Leopold) Nys and Julia Mortelmans. Joe is predeceased by 8 sisters and 2 brothers, as well numerous brothers and sisters-in-law in both Belgium and Canada. Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Thursday, May 2nd, 2013. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 at 11am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. Donations and condolences may be left online at www.denningfuneralhome.com . Donations to the Bluewater Health Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
