Obituary of Wilfred Bowles

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, February 25th, 2013. Wilfred "Maj" Bowles of Forest at the age of 84. Maj is survived by his loving wife Helen and by his children Ron Bowles and Deborah (Bob) Mindza and predeceased by son Jerry (2007). Maj will be fondly remembered by loving grandchildren Melissa (Terry), Randy (Lindsay), Chandra, Sheldon, Jesse, Ashley and Courtney. Maj is also survived by his 5 great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. Survived by twin sister Shirley Forbes and sister Lois Forbes. Maj was the proud owner/operator of Bowles Garage for many years, Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 28th, 2013 from 7-9pm at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1pm with Rev. David Dyke officiating. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
