Marie's pride and joy were her grandchildren. She was their #1 fan. She made sure to attend their sports games from baseball to hockey, you name it, she was there. Supporting them not only in sports but their academic achievements too. Something her grandchildren will forever cherish.
Marie was very involved within her community of Thedford. Many years of dedication with the Ladies Auxiliary and Thedford United Church has given her friends of a lifetime. Marie had many interests and hobbies including quilting, sewing, knitting and crafting to list a few. Some of which has been passed down to her family. She was a very strong, yet passionate lady who will be missed forever.
Friends will be received at Denning's of Forest on Thursday for Visitation from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Thedford United Church, 74 Nelson St., Thedford, on Friday, December 20th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Pinehill Cemetery.
