Obituary of Jake Smith

John "Jake" Smith passed away quietly in his home with family by his side on May 20th, 2024 in his 93 year.   

Predeceased by his wife Mary (2011).  Jake will be missed by his best friend and long time companion, Muffin.  Survived by his children Mike and his wife Jen, Colleen, Melissa (Dave) and ex-son-in-law Chad.  Grandpa of  4 grandchildren Jordan, Mikaela, Cole and Mackenna.  Remembered by his sisters Nancy, Donna, Sally, Teresa, Linda and  brother Terry and their families.  Jake will be missed by many people he was close to over the years.  

At Jake's request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Denning's of Watford,  232 Warwick St., on Sunday, June 9th, 2024 from 12-4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
