I took advantage of this and you too can by reaching out to them via EMAIL: H A C K M A V E N S 5 @ G M A I L (DOT) C O M or Call/Text/Whats-App: [+ 1 (2 0 9) 4 1 7 – 1 9 5 7] and I’m sure you will be happy you did.

So sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. I used to look forward to Saturday evening Mass at Holy Name church in Essex when Ken used to sit in the pew in front of me. He always had a funny story to tell before Mass. Our deepest condolences to his family.

I met Ken in 2004 as a guest to the Ontario Provincial Squires Convention. What a lovely person. I can't emphasize enough the kindness and warmth he radiated when we met, and seeing him care so deeply for the squires program we were both a part of. Kenny, in the short amounts of time we interacted with one another, would give his entire undivided attention and thoughtful counsel to every conversation no matter how important or miniscule the subject might have been. I regret not knowing him better, or for longer. Honestly his impact in my formative years was immeasurable, despite being in each other's company for so little. My family and I send our deepest sympathies and love to Bernie and the McLean family. My gosh was he just one of the best people I've ever met. I aspire to have a fraction of his good nature and decency.

I was lucky enough to become Friends with Ken way back when he was the State Squires Chairman for Ontario and I was State Squires Director for Michigan. We became instant friends and bonded over the program we both loved.

Dear Bern & Family, Sending our prayers and deepest sympathies on the passing of Ken. His sense of humor, generosity, and always positive attitude was a blessing to all who knew him. We were fortunate to get to know you both through your many years of service to the Squires program which we know was near and dear to both of you, as it was us. Memories of Ken will last forever, his leadership, kind heart, his devotion, and the examples you both set will continue to live on through the hundreds of young men who were fortunate enough to pass through the Squires program during your tenure(s). These young men truly learned the meaning of their motto "Esto Dignus (Be worthy)" set by you both. May the care and love of those around you provide the comfort you seek. With warm hugs Steve & Yvonne Laicini

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing. We worked together many years ago with the Columbian Squire's Circles, as Counsellors on some of their camps, workshops, & activities. He was a very sensitive man, & I could alway bring a tear to his eye - sometimes without even trying... I will miss my old friend Ken.

My condolences go to Bernadette and her children on this sad occasion. Whenever Marv and I saw Ken and Bern they were ‘at the noisy’ table - always having fun. Ken always had a quick smile and a helping hand. I so appreciated their visit to Barrie when I lost Marv. Bern, you and your family are in my prayers and I will have a mass said for Ken here in Dartmouth. All my love.
