Obituary of Bill Jordan
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a loving husband and father. William “Bill” Jordan died peacefully in his home with family by his side on Sunday, December 31st, 2023 at the age of 80. Bill is leaving behind the love of his life of 53 years, Diane Jordan (nee Bedford), daughters; Bridget Jordan (Ian Anderson) and Wanda Jordan (Brian Reive), cherished grandchildren; Michael Polak and Noah and Gracie Heard. Bill also loved his many nieces and nephews. Survived by his brother, Fred, sister, Dorothy, and brother-in-law, Bob Bedford.
He is predeceased by his parents John Jordan and Mary (nee Hudson), brothers; Norman and Clarence, sister, Deanna Gauthier, and mother-in-law, Ruth Bedford.
Bill had a long career working for Erie Flooring Wood Products and was a volunteer firefighter for over thirty years with the West Lorne Fire Department. Bill enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time and will be missed by his pal (cat), Smokey.

No services will be held at this time. Donations in Bill’s memory can be made to the Diabetes Foundation, or West Elgin Daffodil Auxiliary-Cancer.
