Obituary of Dorothy Gale

Gale, Mrs. Dorothy Joan On Tuesday, October 30, 2012, Dorothy Joan (nee Hair) Gale was reunited with her beloved husband Jack. Leaving to mourn are her children Barbara (Gary) McEwen, Joan (Clifford) Smith, Terry (Mary) Gale, and her son in law Jerry Rader (late Brenda, September 2012). Grandmother of Scott (Jodie), Jason (Chrystal), Darren, Jennifer, Mike (Jen), Cameron (Stephanie), Jaclyn, Deryk, Peter, Ashley, Jodi (Rusty), and Stacey. Great grandmother of Donny, Jordan, Aidan, Lennon, and Sunni. Survived by her sisters Ruth, Marjorie, and Barbara, and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Elmer and Mae Hair, and her sisters and brothers in law Noreen and Alan McLean and Nancy and Harold Turnbull, and great grandson Liam McEwen. Dorothy was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #176 Ladies Auxilliary and a Past Zone Commander. Friends may call at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Monday, November 5, 2012, from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning, November 6, 2012 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Joanne MacOdrum officiating. Interment of ashes to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
