I was so saddened to learn of Bruce's passing
He was like a brother to me those summers he and Alice spent at our farm. Bev and Alice please accept my deepest condolences. I am truly sorry that we haven't been close over the past few years but a bond like we had will never be broken
RIP Bruce

My sincere condolences Alice. I have so many fond memories of your brother Bruce. He was always there for us kids in the neighbourhood. Always a kind word and so much fun to be with. He taught me to play my first game of kick the can!!! He really liked black cat bubble gum! I was very grateful I got to see Bruce a few years back and all I could do was cry. He brought me so much joy through some difficult times. I loved visiting your Dad Art as well. There was always some sort of sport on the radio and his pipe in his hand. My sister Debbie joined Bruce as a leader at Scouts for a time. Sadly it was short lived. Bruce gave to his community and causes that were so close to his heart, and was a very kind person. I know you will miss him.
With sympathy,
Rae (Croswell) Driessens
