Audrey Miller was my guidance counsellor whenI attended West Elgin back in the 1960s. She was wonderful. So many times I wanted to quit school and she very calmly had me scan the want ads, discuss the offerings for persons with no high school diploma and send me back to class. I went on to three years of college, university, and law school, ultimately practising as a lawyer for 31 years. If it wasn’t for Audrey Miller, I’m not sure what I would’ve done.

To the family of Audrey Miller, I was so sad to hear of your loss. Mrs. Miller was one of my absolute favorite teachers and so very supportive as a guidance counselor. I recall she took a few of us to Toronto when we were interested in physiotherapy as a possible career choice.
A lovely lady, and I admired her greatly and will miss her.

Mrs Miller was my favourite teacher of all times . She made Roman and British history come alive for me in high school (WEDHS). As i grew older i met her thru Norm and Roberta . She was a nice person and lived a full life . Your family will have many stories to share for years to come

Audrey worked with me at WESS for nearly 20 years. She was the HEART of student services and
I am sure there are hundreds of students that can count her guidance as the reason for their success.
