Obituary of John Woodson Grover

Grover 

After a long and courageous fight with illness, John Woodson Grover said his final goodbyes to the people he loved and slipped away from this world on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 at Four Counties Health Services at the age of 57.   

Survived by Irene Cummings and his children; John (Teya), Richard, Sarah (Bryan) and his grandchildren; Elun, Logan, Aliyah and Mason and his mother Ann Grover.  Also survived by his siblings; Sharon, Shelley, George, Jackie and Danny and many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his daughter Tasha and his father Jack Grover.  John worked in construction for many years in the West Elgin area.  When he wasn’t working, he could be found enjoying the company of his friends with an O.V. in one hand and a fishing pole in the other 

Friends are invited to a visitation in honour of John at Denning’s of West Lorne on Friday, November 4th, 2022 from 11 am to 1pm where a Celebration of Life will follow at 1 pm. 

If desired, memorial contributions to the West Elgin Daffodil Auxiliary for their food bank efforts would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
