We send our condolences and prayers to Linda's family.
Many years ago I worked with Linda at Veltri Glencoe. I am sadden to learn of her passing. I will treasure the memories of her smile and her storytelling. Linda had a unique way of telling a story to the point many of us were in awe or laughing so hard with tears. My thoughts go out to her husband and family. Linda was so proud of you all. She was vibrant, friendly and caring to everyone she met. A special lady gone too soon.

To all Linda's family and friends, even though I am not able to be there physically as I live in British Columbia, I am truly with you all mentally and spiritually!
I have known Don and Linda for close to 33 years, we started out as neighbors and quickly became friends. Over the last 3 years Linda and my friendship has deepened and grown to were I am so proud to say she is one of my very best friends!
This year I was truly blessed to find a window of time to travel and spent a good part of August and September living in Linda and Don's home, During this time, I witnessed, love, caring and deep devotion to family.
There were moments when I chuckled and cried a little when I saw Linda and Don's friendship and love for one another, they truly had a special bond and kinship.
I have posted this picture, this is in my living room, and the cardinal was given to me while in Ontario by Linda (thank you Caroline for picking this up) along with a special card, Linda writes " When you look at this Cardinal you will think of of me and smile and know I am in a better place"
They say the vibrant cardinal is an uplifting, happy sign that those we have lost will live forever, so long as we keep their memory alive in our hearts
Linda, I love you so very much, and I will "never forget" you, Love is an action word, Linda did soooo much for soooo many! Monica

In this past week, you taught me the meaning of being a true warrior. You taught me that family comes first no matter what and that love conquers all.
I’ll miss your voice calling me “honey”
I’ll wait for you in the snow and the squirrels Nana.
I love you.

I have known this great woman for 15 years, I remember when Andrew and I would get picked up at school at lunch time and get brought up the street to Nana and Papa’s house for lunch everyday of the school week. Once I had Keegan(couple years later) she became a part of my life what seemed like forever and was even excited that I was having a girl with my significant other and was super excited to meet her. Nana always seem to spoil Keegan and he loved it and I know she loved spoiling him. He is going to miss her so much.

You will truly be missed Linda but one memory that we will always remember is you riding a motorcycle telling us you knew what you were doing. Done a wheely then shot off missing pine trees and coming back with slippers ripped in half. You will always be in our hearts and mind just won’t be here in body love always

My heart is broken, Aunt Linda I will miss you so much but you have left me with so many memories. I spent last night crying one minute and laughing the next. I have too many but one that made me laugh last night was Christmas when Paul and Steven had Bandit. The turkey was thawing in the sink, the adults were at a dance and all of us kids were home at the house. We heard growling in the kitchen and Paul, Steven and I ran out to see Bandit on the counter trying to pull the turkey out of the sink. We finally got Bandit to let go of the turkey, we washed it off and flipped it over so no one would see the teeth marks and pinky swore we would not tell Aunt Linda about Bandit. The next day the 3 of us watched her put the turkey in the pan and cut it up so we wouldn't end up with a piece that Bandit had chewed on. Halfway thru supper someone said the turkey was delicious and my little brother chimes in and says "Aunt Linda Bandit likes turkey too".. Busted, we got the look over her glasses, she did laugh but the 3 of us had to help do dishes!! Never a dull moment at the old farm house..
