Obituary of Shane Joseph Jensen

Shane Jensen lived his life in the moment, taking nothing for granted and building great relationships throughout his incredible life journey.

At his home, with his loving mother at his side, in West Lorne on Sunday, October 24th, 2021, Shane Joseph Jensen at the age of 35.

Loving son of Sandra Close (Ed Tomczyk) and Robb Jensen (Barb), grandson of Doreen Pickles (late Bob) and Derek and Sheila Ellmore.  Shane will be missed forever by his sisters; Trina (Rick) and Kaitlyn (Ryan).  Dear nephew of Lorne (Cindy) Van Breda, Terry (Bob) Nicolle, Toni (Dan) Silverthorn, Rick Kauzen (late Dawn), Mark (Erna) Jensen and Leeanne Ringland.  Predeceased by his grandfather, Joe VanBreda and his great grandparents, Cliff and Margaret Waite and George and Ivy Scott.

Great nephew of Barb (Gary) Bijker, Earla Walker (late Bill), Audrey Roodzant (late John), Marlene Van Breda (late Wayne), Jeff Scott and the late Willie and Anthony DeBie.  Also survived by many extended family members.

Friends and family are invited to gather to honour Shane's life on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 for a casual come and go visitation.  If you plan to attend, please click on the below link to select a time.  Vaccination not required but social distancing and wearing of masks in place.

A service of remembrance will take place Sunday at 2 pm but due to capacity limitations, the ceremony will be livestreamed so all can participate on Shane's tribute page.  An interment ceremony will take place in the spring.
