ELLERKER, Linda Agnes (nee Ward)
Passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of Larry Ellerker. Loving mother of Tami Ellerker (Mark Cunningham) and Michael Ellerker. Grandmother of Jaxson (Anna) Ellerker-Rigonan, Connor Ellerker-Cunningham and Winter Ellerker-Cunningham. Sister to Don Ward (Barb) and the late Jim Ward. Survived by sister in law Elaine Ward. Linda is also survived by her nieces and nephews Liz (Marv), Bill (Dawna), Dave (Sarah-Jane), Jeff, and Kim (Bill), and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Linda dedicated her life to teaching and learning. Throughout her career with the Peel District School Board, she taught children with severe development and physical challenges, learning disabilities, and autism. She also taught special education courses to educators at York University and worked outside of the classroom providing resources and support to classroom teachers and families. Linda devoted much of her time to learning and teaching others about various forms of healing such as Reiki, Therapeutic touch, Matrix reimprinting, Hypnotherapy, EFT, and ACE techniques. She has made a huge impact on the lives of people from all over the world.
