Obituary of Louis Ur

Ur, Louis - Suddenly after a courageous battle for the last eight years. Louis Alexander Ur of Strathroy in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Rose-Marie (Kerekes) Ur of Strathroy and dear father of Terry Ur and his wife Sandi of London and Michelle Halmo and her husband Paul of McGregor Ont. Loving grandfather of Jordan, Zachary and Zoie. Louis is also survived by his brother William Ur and his wife Catherine of Strathroy, brother in law John Kerekes and his wife Mary Karen of Belle River, Sue and Emil Zambo of Dorchester and Joanne and Denis Duguay of Dowling Ont. And,, his mother in law Irene Kerekes of London also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by, his parents Lajos and Yolan Ur and father in law John Kerekes. Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 29, 2009 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm where funeral service will be held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME, STRATHROY Thursday April 30th 2009 at 11:00am with Rev. Charles Seed officiating. Interment Strathroy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Sunshine Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Louis.
