So sorry Maria to hear of your loss. Rick was just too young to leave you, but they say only the good die young. He was a good fellow. Ward and he were friends for so many years. Harley always enjoyed running into him at the Big Bend and spend some time fishing together. Please accept my sincere sympathy and my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Aunt Martha, Maria, Brenda, Pat, Jim & the entire extended family;
From northern Alberta, I send condolences to all of you.
Richard's generous smile was most memorable to me. I recall when we were all young cousins playing in your old barn, racing through the straw tunnels with pure delight, Richard took a nasty deep nail to the crown of his head. Off to the hospital he went for stitches with that bright smile in tow .. what a trooper.
Thank you for sharing Richard's beautiful life story .. over the decades my mom (Martha) kept me loosely informed on the family's adventures.
