Dear Fran and family,
I am saddened to hear of John's passing. John and Fran were two of the first people I met upon arriving in Rodney in 2016. John and Fran were great neighbours and friends, always stopping to chat. Their van spent prolonged periods of time down the street at the Rodney Legion; a place where they spent many years devoting their time and hearts toward. Although we had somewhat lost touch over the past couple years, when I saw John and Fran recently at the West Lorne Santa Claus parade, we just picked back up where we left off. John's quirky sense of humour was one of his greatest qualities. John was always "as good as a frog with it's hairs split nine ways"...one of his one-liners which I have never been able to get my head wrapped around! John has left a remarkable impression on the community and his presence will be missed.
