Obituary of Wilhelmus Timmers

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, September 20, 2010. Peacefully with his family at his side Wilhelmus (Bill) Timmers of Strathroy in his 82nd year. Beloved husband, for 52 years of Henrika (Rita) (VandenBroek) Timmers of Strathroy. Dear father of Ron (friend, Monica Beer) Timmers, Linda (Mike) Tanguay, Roger (Liza) Timmers, Bill Timmers Jr. all of Strathroy and Steven (Kim) Timmers of Kerwood. Bill will be remembered by his 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Dina Emonds of Holland, Helen Peters of Sarnia, Adrian Timmers of Strathroy, Tony Timmers of Wyoming, Mary Vander Sanden of Arin, Frances Verboort of Watford, Antonia Kuenen of Wyoming, John Timmers of Sarnia and Andy Timmers of Denfield as well as many sisters and brothers in law and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his granddaughter Tasha (1983). Visitation will be held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME LTD., STRATHROY on Wednesday September 22, 2010 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ALL SAINTS ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, FRONT ST E., STRATHROY on Thursday September 23, 2010 at 11:00 am with Father Lucio Couto, Celebrant. Interment All Saints Roman Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Bill to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. condolences@denning.ca
