Obituary of Jean Linton

Linton, Luella Jean “Jeannie” 

80 years, passed away peacefully at Chartwell Royal Oak Long Term Care, Kingsville on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Donn Linton (2017). Cherished mother of Dean (Laura) Hodovick, Ginger-Robin Hodovick (Kevin Bissonnette), Jeff (Sandra) Linton and Tam Linton. Beloved Grammy of Chase, Jillian, Spencer, Sawyer, Rachel, Suzi, Catie, Abigail, Sarah and Elliott. Great Grammy to 4 great grandchildren and Baby to be (2020). Predeceased by sister Carol (late Allan) Wright. Jean will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Jean was a talented artist who created many beautiful paintings. Jean, a long-time member of the Wheatley United Church, loved to sing in the church choir where she was known as “Queen Jean Soprano”. Jean loved gardening and cooking, she made sure that nobody ever left her home with an empty belly. Special thanks to friends Marlene Schives and Cindy Hutchins (niece), Jean cherished their many visits and the beautiful bond of friendship. Jean’s family would like to thank all of the Chartwell Royal Oak Long Term Care Staff for the excellent care Jean received.
