Obituary of John Lammers

LAMMERS

At Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday, October 5th, 2019.  John Derk Lammers of Chatham at the age of 94.  Predeceased by his wife Johanna (Helmink) in 2006 and his son Robert Lammers in 2015.

Dear father of Wilma Lammers, Derrick (Janet) and Herb.  Loving grandpa of Peter Vermey (Amy), Jennifer Kreiger (Matt) and Steven and great grandpa of Erica, Vander, Lachlan, Brooks, Abby and Zach.

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

John worked at Eaton Yale in Chatham for many years.

Friends are welcome to join the family for visitation at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 100 McNaughton Ave. W., Chatham on Monday, October 7th, 2019 from 10 - 11 am, followed by a service at 11 am.  Interment will take place at Maple Leaf cemetery.

If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Vacation Bible School program at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
