Diane always greeted us at the doors to Riverview Gardens whenever we visited my grandparents. In fact, one time we brought flowers for my Oma and then realized she could not have flowers in her room. Upon bringing them back to our car, Diane asked who they were for and when we told her that Oma could not have them, Diane promptly said she would love to have them....we walked with her back to her room and placed them on her windowsill. Just after my Oma passed away (literally within the hour) we were leaving the hospital, quite sad and when we went to enter the elevator, Diane was coming out in her wheelchair. She asked how Oma was, when we told her of her passing, she grabbed all of our hands and prayed with us! What a dear soul she was....we will miss her knitting and her smiling face each time we go there:) God bless you all as you continue life in her absence. May God grant you strength and wisdom as you navigate this sorrowful time,

Sorry for your loss. Though the eyes of a child, I have many fun childhood memories with 'Aunt Dianne' . I remember when she got her first apartment. Loved going there with Sue. We thought that was so cool to go to her place. Rest in peace.

To the Duff family: I just happened upon Dianne's obituary. I'm so sorry for your loss. Dianne was at Riverview Gardens when my late Mother-in-law was there. She always approached us and shared a story about Wilma. She even joined us when we had a birthday party at the residence one year.
