Obituary of Harley Ashton

ASHTON Peacefully at his residence, on Sunday, December 11, 2005, Harley Scott Ashton of Clachan in his 58th year. Dearly loved and sadly missed by his wife Laurie Lee Vinter-Ashton. Dear father of Bill of Windsor, Bob and Delaneia of Highgate, Deanne and Marc of Colchester; dear Papa Harley of Gunner and Arabella. Loving brother of Susan and Darrell Matchett (Peter) of Yellowknife. Also survived by mother-in-law Denise Vinter, aunt Jean Ashton of Bothwell, several cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harold (2001) and Eileen (2003). He will be sadly missed by Boots and Fleabag Friends may call at the Rodney Chapel on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm., Rev. Annalee Kerr officiating. Visiting 2 hours prior to service. Interment McLean Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Highgate Fire Department would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
