It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Ann Cates, who passed away on February 9, 2026.
Lori was the loving daughter of Mary and Gordon Cates.
She will be dearly missed by her caring sister Carrie (Bill) Veens and her brother Brian Cates.
Lori was a devoted and special aunt to William (Laura) Veens, Kyle Veens, Jacob and Nicole Cates, and Liam and Elliott Veens.
Lori was a longtime employee of 37 years at Sterling Marketing Products, where she was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and kindness toward colleagues and customers alike.
A private graveside service will take place in the spring.
In memory of Lori, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
