Here is a candle for you, my dear Grammy! Words cannot describe how much I miss you. You were always there when my family and I needed you, through the hard times and the good times. We made so many great memories together; memories that I will continue to cherish for the rest of my days. If I somehow manage to become half the woman that you were, then I will be doing well in life. You were strong, courageous, witty, humorous, talented, forgiving, modest, and easy to love. I could always count on you to boost my self esteem, as you often told me that I was intelligent, and was capable of great things in my future. Yet, you probably never realized how amazing you were yourself. You gave me unconditional love, even when I misbehaved and broke your pictures and lamps, as a child. When I was a toddler, and couldn't find the words to speak, you continued to believe in me when others didn't. Thank you for loving me, Grammy. I was lucky to be loved by such an incredible woman. Some day, I aspire to become a great mom, sister, grandma, and/or person like you. Love you lots, Grammy! Please continue to watch over me, as I intend to make you proud. Also, send love to Gramps too, on my behalf! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
