Obituary of Elicy Pereira Ataide

Elicy Pereira Ataide was called home to the Lord on November 19, 2025, at the age of 55. Her unwavering faith, boundless compassion, and deep devotion to family will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.

Elicy was the beloved daughter of Noemia and the late Frank (1995) Ataide. She was a loving sister to Joe (2025) (Raquel) Ataide, Victor (2021) (Fatima) Ataide, and Nancy (Rob) Lalande. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, who cherished her as their devoted tia and great-tia.

Known as a true social butterfly, Elicy touched countless lives with her warmth and joyful spirit. She was well known and loved by many in her community.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 11am, at Denning’s of Strathroy, followed by an interment at Strathroy Cemetery. In
celebration of her life, please join us in wearing pink—her cherished colour, symbolizing love and joy.
