Jean Marie Hodgins (Noyes)

It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Jean Marie Hodgins, in her 93rd year, on September 2, 2025, at Craigwiel Gardens.

Jean was the devoted wife of the late Beverly Hodgins for 53 years. She was the loving mother of Daryl Hodgins of Ailsa Craig, Derwyn & Liz Hodgins of Exeter, and Daryn & Brenda Hodgins of Brinsley. Proud and loving grandmother to Ben & Hannah Hodgins, Jordan Hodgins & Kasey McKenzie, Cassandra Hodgins, and Mitchell Hodgins. Great-grandmother to Mary Louise and Claire Hodgins.

Born on November 14, 1932, to George and Margaret Noyes, Jean grew up on the family farm on 14 Mile Road in London Township, alongside her brothers George, Robert, Gerry, and Donald.

Jean always had a passion for fashion and held on to that right until the end. She will be deeply missed.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Whynot and the staff at Craigwiel Gardens for their dedicated care and compassion during Jean’s time of need.

A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery, with Bob Heywood officiating.
