Obituary of William Ur
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts the family of William Ur announces his passing on July 21st, 2025, at County Terrace, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Laura “Catherine” Ur (2023) of 59 cherished and special years. Loving and devoted father of Jeffrey Ur and Cindy (Steve) Derbyshire. Proud grandpa of the late Caitlyn (1992) Alex, Taylor, Clayton, late Quinn (2015), and Jack. William is predeceased by his parents Louis and Yolanda Ur, of Hungary, and his brother Louis Ur. William will be sadly missed and always remembered by his extended family and many friends throughout his life.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 from 10:00am until the time of service at 11am, at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery.
