It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Christine Elizabeth  Huctwith (November 26, 1960 – April 14, 2025) in her 65th year.

Christine is survived by her mom Glenyce (Ron 2020) and brother Kevin (Althea) and Greg (Theresa) and nephews, Jonathan, Tommy, Bryan (Samantha) Batty, Larrisa and Jason Van Lieshout and families.

Christine had a presence and positiveness about her that brought the people around her joy.

She was happy and enjoyed everyday to the fullest.

She loved doing puzzles and crocheting! She spent the last 2 years in Watford Quality Care, where she got to know most of the residents. She always made them feel important. She loved being on the Residents Council where she helped plan many fun activities and fundraising events. She actually got an award recently for most attended activities.

Christine was involved with Community Living in Sarnia and was asked to speak many times about her activities and her contributions to the community.

Christine brought such happiness to her family and friends.  Her daily phone calls will be sadly missed. Her passing leaves a big void, but her memories will always bring a smile.

Christine loved to spend time with her family, doing anything . She was a huge fan of hockey and baseball.  The Maple Leafs, Sarnia Sting and the Blue Jays were her favourites!

Cremation has taken place and a private interment for the family will take place.

A celebration of life will take place at Ferguson Estates, Aberarder on May 31^st, 2025 at 2 pm.
